About the Role
Imperial Limited seeks a Site Supervisor (Civil Construction) to supervise a high end 1-kanal house project in Lahore. In case you have a DAE in Civil engineering and are already working in the field of overseeing the construction of luxury homes, then this is your chance to work in a well-known company and advance your career in construction supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct grey structure and finishing works, quality and adherence to drawings.
- Arrange with the contractors and subcontractors to get the work done on time.
- Keep track of material consumption, which is to make sure that it is used efficiently and there is minimum wastage.
- Keep the sites safe and implement HSE.
- Perform inspection on workmanship and quality of materials on a daily basis.
- Make weekly and daily progress report to management and clients.
- Find out the problems in construction, propose the effective solutions, and avoid the delays.
Skills & Qualifications
- DAE (Civil Engineering) demanded.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in residential construction as a Site Supervisor.
- Skills in reading drawings, blueprints, and the ability to handle finishing crews.
- Good leadership, communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of contemporary materials and methods of construction.
