About the Role
Earth Builders is recruiting an accomplished Construction Project Manager to manage several residential projects in Karachi. The job requires knowledge of project planning, budgeting, procurement, and quality control, to facilitate the delivery of the blueprint to handover.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling with the help of modern tools.
- Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors and communication with clients.
- Make frequent site visits, check quality of work and safety.
- Procurement, inventory and vendor contracts.
- Make daily/weekly progress reports and record keeping.
- Make sure that KDA, DHA and Bahria town construction regulations are followed.
- Checks of quality assurance of lead and solve technical problems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Civil engineering bachelor of degree in construction management.
- At least 3 years of experience in residential construction work.
- Skills in MS office, reading blueprints, and project control.
- Great management and stakeholder relations.
- Critical and very problem-oriented.
